BLACK Credit Card comparisons

Black credit cards are very popular in this modern era. They usually imply extremely high status credit card bank account holders. Much higher than a platinum account; these often are only handed out by invitation.
Ive selected a few of the most prostigious black credit cards on the market.

The master card world elite comes with a number of features. World Elite MasterCard comes with a complimentary 24/7 concierge service that acts like a relentless personal assistant. Need to locate hard-to-find items or even reserve that perfect table? Concierge is there to help.
To contact the concierge call number on the back of your card. A very respectable credit card with many pros.

A credit card ive posted before. Simply titled BLACK CARD. Similar to the American Express Centurion Card, Visa's Black Card is awarded to the top percentage of Visa Card users. Unlike the AMEX card the fee is only $500 a month with no minimum spending amount!
A Visa advertisement claims that the card is "the world's most prestigious and versatile card." It may be versatile. However, with Visa's goal to have 3 million users carry the card, is the Black really the most prestigious with that high a figure? It isnt too rare to come across a holder of this credit card but does that distract its quality from you?!

The most influential credit card of them all; encouraging hundreds of immitators including the aforementioned black card. The american express centurian is one incredible looking credit card.
The Centurion Card, known informally as the black card, is a charge card issued by American Express. The card is available in certain markets, mainly the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Taiwan, Korea, areas of China (e.g. Hong Kong), Japan, Australia and the Middle East. The Centurion Card provides access to a range of benefits, depending on the country where the card is issued. In the 1980s, urban legends circulated about a black credit card of high spending power. While those legends were false at the time, American Express decided to capitalize on them by introducing the Centurion card in 1999.
To become a Centurion cardholder, one must meet American Express's strict eligibility criteria. Cardholders are required to pay an annual fee, and in some countries also an initiation fee.

Can you believe there were URBAN LEGENDS about this card?!

So which black credit card takes your liking?

HSBC Credit Cards comparison!

So yesterdays credit cards had mixed views; picks from both side of the fence.
Well today I shall compare various HSBC credit cards!

A standard HSBC credit card; the grey design is very simply and this credit card is issued to standard credit card bank account holders.

Those bank account owners slightly higher in teh ranks are entitled to the gold credit card accoutn variant. This is slightly more expensive a credit card and the gold design certainly shows this.

Finally; the platinum credit card. HSBC have shaken things up a little with this credit card opting for a red scheme and a twist on their usual planet credit card design. To great effect i must say!

As for a little about HSBC;

HSBC Holdings plc is a global banking and financial services company headquartered in Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom. As of 2010 it was the world's sixth-largest banking and financial services group and eighth-largest company according to a composite measure by Forbes magazine. It has around 7,500 offices in 87 countries and territories across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America and around 100 million customers. As of 30 June 2010 it had total assets of $2.418 trillion, of which roughly half were in Europe, a quarter in the Americas and a quarter in Asia.
HSBC Holdings plc was founded in London in 1991 by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation to act as a new group holding company and to enable the acquisition of UK-based Midland Bank. The origins of the bank lie in Hong Kong and Shanghai, where branches were first opened in 1865. Today HSBC remains the largest bank in Hong Kong, and recent expansion in mainland China, where it is now the largest international bank, has returned it to that part of its roots.
HSBC is a universal bank and is organised within four business groups: Commercial Banking; Global Banking and Markets (investment banking); Personal Financial Services (retail banking); and Private Banking.
HSBC's primary listing is on the London Stock Exchange and it is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. It has secondary listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (where it is a constituent of the Hang Seng Index), the New York Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris and the Bermuda Stock Exchange. As of August 2010, it was the largest company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of £115.8 billion.

HD Credit Cards- Part 2; Platinum American Express

Continueing the credit card theme of high res credit cards today i bring you a platinum american express

Simply click through to see the glorious HD.
This credit card has some really fine detail you often only find in american express credit cards. Always been a favourite; at last i have found a high resolution image. Its as if i actually own this platinum credit card.

Some more about American Express?

The idea of a charge card for travel was discussed as early as 1946 but it was not until 1958 that the American Express introduced their first cards. The early ones were paper. In 1959 plastic cards were introduced.
In 1966, American Express introduced the Gold Card and in 1984 the Platinum Card. The Platinum Card had a $250 annual fee (today it is $450). It was only offered to trusted customers. Today customers can apply for it.
In 1987, American Express introduced a credit card, known as the Optima card. Customers did not have to pay in full every month. They could now wait to pay later.
Today the director of the American Express is Kenneth Chenault. The American Express continues to be one of the world’s biggest financial companies.

Check me out tomorrow for more high res credit cards.

An annoyingly low-res credit card update

I apologise for todays credit card update; these credit cards are pretty rare and as a result i could only find low-res credit card pics. Please forgive me.
Anyways these visa credit cards are pretty unique.

Black straight to the point credit card

Black credit cards are easily the best looking credit cards out there. On the whole anyway. The credit card just talks the money. Especially this credit card that literally shows a money dollar sign on the front, nothing else. A credit card most banks dont have the balls to show off; a credit card that says "yeah i got a platinum credit card bank account with american express / amex that has no limit. Who gives a fuck?!"
(i understand this credit card is not an american express/ amex credit card but i have already posted a fair share of black, gold, platinum etc. american express / amex credit cards.

This is another black credit card. This has a heartbeat weird design. This credit card might not be as in your face but i like it.

Come back soon for more credit cards. Ill hit you guys up with an extra special credit card update soon!

Misc. credit cards

Today the credit card update will just be some misc. random cards i cant think of a genre to put them under. It migth seem lazy but these are some credit cards ive been meaning to show off for some time.

This credit card has a really nice clean feel, i like how the logos are all color matching with the rest of the credit cards. A good credit card from capital one.

A nice medow for this credit card. The grass and sky looks so nice and clear you feel as if your there. A great credit card. I really like this credit card its a shame i couldnt find a higher res version.
From the same bank as before; this credit card went with the similiar nature theme. A nice credit card with minimalist raindrop pattern. This credit card is also a fave of mine; again i wish this credit card had a higher res version online.

So whats everyones thoughts on these credit cards?
It would be great to hear what everyone thinks.
Back tomorrow for more credit cards!

Simple yet effective credit cards

Ive take a fancy to some very simple credit cards. These credit cards rely on modern and basic templates rather than dazzling images and it works very well.

This credit card is pretty cool. All blue credit card with a small design.

A golden credit card, again very neat with a simple curved line to create the landscape. This credit card is my favourite of today.

A smooth credit card. Very simple this credit card; more is less and thats true here.

Platinum credit cards - Part 2: Infinite series

I came across this amazing set of platinum credit cards; it goes under the guise "Visa Infinite".
All the credit card designs from this set are incredible. Ill share these very expensive, very rich and very sophisticated credit cards with you today.

This credit card is exploding with life. The platinum shine really takes your breath away and the suttle graphic of some kind of bird completes the credit cards look.

Although labeled diamond, this is a platinum credit card at heart with its simple design and small but unique graphic. A nice touch to a very original credit card design.

This platinum credit card sports a nice webbing kind of design in the foreground. Again sticking with the bird graphic. This is very simply yet still maintains that platinum credit card status.

The last credit card for today. This platinum infinite credit card has simple futuristic etchings at the bottom. Quite different from the others but still with that charm this series brings. This is a really nice credit card.

These are but a few credit cards from this series; theres so many to choose from but these are some of the best credit cards i could find. I may do a part 3 sometime in the future so keep on the look out for more platinums!

Platinum credit cards!

Where do i go from a gold credit card update?!
The obvious answer is PLATINUM credit cards!
Here are some really spectacular, shiny platinums.

This is a really sleak and modern design for a platinum credit card. Swift platinum strokes create a kind of 3D effect, a very neat credit card.

Silver a natural choice for a color for platinum credit cards but black and greys are also used frequently. This is a beautiful platinum credit card; the main graphic showing some nicely detailed flower engravings. Suttle yet easy on the eye. One of my favourite platinum credit cards.

This credit card also showing off the black on silver platinum design. This is a really simple card but so pleasing to look at. The gentle silver strokes glisten off the contrasting black background. This truly is a must have platinum credit card.

Thats all for today. Ive decided to make this a two part credit card update leading into some more nice platinum designs tomorrow. There is simply so many nice looking platinum credit cards i cannot contain them in one update. Keep me updated and come back tomorrow for more amazing looking credit cards!
