HSBC Credit Cards comparison!

So yesterdays credit cards had mixed views; picks from both side of the fence.
Well today I shall compare various HSBC credit cards!

A standard HSBC credit card; the grey design is very simply and this credit card is issued to standard credit card bank account holders.

Those bank account owners slightly higher in teh ranks are entitled to the gold credit card accoutn variant. This is slightly more expensive a credit card and the gold design certainly shows this.

Finally; the platinum credit card. HSBC have shaken things up a little with this credit card opting for a red scheme and a twist on their usual planet credit card design. To great effect i must say!

As for a little about HSBC;

HSBC Holdings plc is a global banking and financial services company headquartered in Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom. As of 2010 it was the world's sixth-largest banking and financial services group and eighth-largest company according to a composite measure by Forbes magazine. It has around 7,500 offices in 87 countries and territories across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America and around 100 million customers. As of 30 June 2010 it had total assets of $2.418 trillion, of which roughly half were in Europe, a quarter in the Americas and a quarter in Asia.
HSBC Holdings plc was founded in London in 1991 by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation to act as a new group holding company and to enable the acquisition of UK-based Midland Bank. The origins of the bank lie in Hong Kong and Shanghai, where branches were first opened in 1865. Today HSBC remains the largest bank in Hong Kong, and recent expansion in mainland China, where it is now the largest international bank, has returned it to that part of its roots.
HSBC is a universal bank and is organised within four business groups: Commercial Banking; Global Banking and Markets (investment banking); Personal Financial Services (retail banking); and Private Banking.
HSBC's primary listing is on the London Stock Exchange and it is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. It has secondary listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (where it is a constituent of the Hang Seng Index), the New York Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris and the Bermuda Stock Exchange. As of August 2010, it was the largest company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of £115.8 billion.

HD Credit Cards- Part 2; Platinum American Express

Continueing the credit card theme of high res credit cards today i bring you a platinum american express

Simply click through to see the glorious HD.
This credit card has some really fine detail you often only find in american express credit cards. Always been a favourite; at last i have found a high resolution image. Its as if i actually own this platinum credit card.

Some more about American Express?

The idea of a charge card for travel was discussed as early as 1946 but it was not until 1958 that the American Express introduced their first cards. The early ones were paper. In 1959 plastic cards were introduced.
In 1966, American Express introduced the Gold Card and in 1984 the Platinum Card. The Platinum Card had a $250 annual fee (today it is $450). It was only offered to trusted customers. Today customers can apply for it.
In 1987, American Express introduced a credit card, known as the Optima card. Customers did not have to pay in full every month. They could now wait to pay later.
Today the director of the American Express is Kenneth Chenault. The American Express continues to be one of the world’s biggest financial companies.

Check me out tomorrow for more high res credit cards.

An annoyingly low-res credit card update

I apologise for todays credit card update; these credit cards are pretty rare and as a result i could only find low-res credit card pics. Please forgive me.
Anyways these visa credit cards are pretty unique.

Heres a nice credit card. A very blue credit card. Some nice wavy crystal design met with the words "UP". All i know is with this credit card your spending will be UP!

Another UP visa credit card. This credit card has an awesome gold mosaic designl definitely a gold credit card account holders!

This visa credit card has a nice wavy design; pastel colors galore!
This credit card is very simple and suits the cheaper less daring spender.

Similiar to yesterdays credit card update. This credit card has a very unique design. I cant quite make out the credit cards design but i think its a pair of shoes. They have a nice platinum sheen to them so perhaps a platinum bank account card?

Ill be back tomorrow with more (hopefully high-res) credit cards!

Misc. credit cards

Today the credit card update will just be some misc. random cards i cant think of a genre to put them under. It migth seem lazy but these are some credit cards ive been meaning to show off for some time.

This credit card has a really nice clean feel, i like how the logos are all color matching with the rest of the credit cards. A good credit card from capital one.

A nice medow for this credit card. The grass and sky looks so nice and clear you feel as if your there. A great credit card. I really like this credit card its a shame i couldnt find a higher res version.
From the same bank as before; this credit card went with the similiar nature theme. A nice credit card with minimalist raindrop pattern. This credit card is also a fave of mine; again i wish this credit card had a higher res version online.

So whats everyones thoughts on these credit cards?
It would be great to hear what everyone thinks.

Simple yet effective credit cards

Ive take a fancy to some very simple credit cards. These credit cards rely on modern and basic templates rather than dazzling images and it works very well.

This credit card is pretty cool. All blue credit card with a small design.

A golden credit card, again very neat with a simple curved line to create the landscape. This credit card is my favourite of today.

A smooth credit card. Very simple this credit card; more is less and thats true here.

Platinum credit cards - Part 2: Infinite series

I came across this amazing set of platinum credit cards; it goes under the guise "Visa Infinite".
All the credit card designs from this set are incredible. Ill share these very expensive, very rich and very sophisticated credit cards with you today.

This credit card is exploding with life. The platinum shine really takes your breath away and the suttle graphic of some kind of bird completes the credit cards look.

Although labeled diamond, this is a platinum credit card at heart with its simple design and small but unique graphic. A nice touch to a very original credit card design.

This platinum credit card sports a nice webbing kind of design in the foreground. Again sticking with the bird graphic. This is very simply yet still maintains that platinum credit card status.

The last credit card for today. This platinum infinite credit card has simple futuristic etchings at the bottom. Quite different from the others but still with that charm this series brings. This is a really nice credit card.

These are but a few credit cards from this series; theres so many to choose from but these are some of the best credit cards i could find. I may do a part 3 sometime in the future so keep on the look out for more platinums!
